ZOETIS 2022 CALVING SEASON SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. The Zoetis 2022 Calving Season Sweepstakes is a Daily Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and is open only to cow-calf producers. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM (CT) on 1/31/22 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on 4/21/22 (“Promotion Period”). Entry into the Sweepstakes is free. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Day” and “Daily Entry Period” will be defined as the time period beginning at 12:00:00 AM (CT) – 11:59:59 PM (CT) during the Promotion Period. Nonwinning Daily Sweepstakes entries will be automatically rolled over into subsequent Daily Entry Periods and respective drawings. There will be one (1) Daily Sweepstakes winner each Day during the Promotion Period, for a maximum total of 80 days.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; and are a cow-calf producer. Employees of Zoetis US LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and their families and/or those living in the same household of each; are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals (each, an “Entrant”) will go online to the promotion website at www.calvingseason.com (“Website”) and follow the instructions to complete their entry, including uploading a photo of their beef cow and/or beef calf during calving season (collectively, an “Entry”). Once an Entrant has successfully completed the Entry registration and uploaded their photo, they will then be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entry into the Sweepstakes is free and must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (CT) on 4/21/22.

   Each Entry must meet the following “Entry Requirements” (any Entry that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, violates the following criteria will be disqualified):

   - Entrant must be the rightful owner of the email account associated with the Entry;

   - Entrant must be the rightful owner of the photo associated with the Entry

   - Entry must NOT contain any material that infringes or violates any right of a third party, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, other than those belonging to Sponsor;

   - Entry must NOT contain subject matter which is, or could be considered, in the sole discretion of the Promotion Entities, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sale of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), defamatory, libelous, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., illegal gambling, underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, hateful, degrading, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, tortious or objectionable;

   - Entry must NOT contain any derogatory references to any of the Promotion Entities.

   Note: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entry in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor views the Entry as potentially infringing or otherwise a violation or potential violation of a third party’s rights or if it deems the Entry to be lacking in taste, quality, or to be otherwise objectionable.

   Proof of submission of Entry is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such Entry. Furthermore, Sponsor shall have no liability for any Entry that is lost, intercepted or not received by the Sponsor.

   No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for Sweepstakes entry. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

   Limit one (1) Entry per person, per Day during the Promotion Period, however the photo for each Entry must be uniquely different from any other photo submitted by the Entrant. Any entries in excess of this limit will be deemed void. Any Entrant who attempts to enter more than the entry limit during the Promotion Period, as provided for in these Official Rules, using multiple email addresses or under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries from that individual will be considered void. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address and/or telephone number of Entrants. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant in the Sweepstakes, Entry will be deemed completed by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at the time of participation. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, wireless carrier, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the winning Sweepstakes Entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Sweepstakes entry will be deemed ineligible. Only fully completed entries are eligible.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Eighty (80) Sweepstakes winners (one (1) Daily Sweepstakes winner for each Daily Entry Period of the Promotion Period) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the respective Daily Entry Period on or about the next business day by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Any potential winner will be the Entrant of the randomly selected winning Entry, subject to eligibility verification. Potential prizewinners will be notified via email, at Sponsor’s direction, within seventy-two (72) hours of the random drawing with instructions on how to verify eligibility and claim the prize using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within two (2) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: Eighty (80) Prizes (one (1) prize each Daily Entry Period of the Promotion Period) — Each Daily prizewinner will receive a Calving Season Survival Kit consisting of the following items placed inside one (1) backpack cooler: two (2) Carhartt® socks; four (4) 2-packs of HotHands® hand warmers; two (2) 22 oz. bag of Fleet Farm® Country Mix (nuts, chocolate & fruit); two (2) packages of energy bars (4-bars each package / 8-bars total); four (4) 8 oz. cans of Red Bull® energy drink; four (4) cans of Starbucks® Cold Brew; one (1) adjustable worklight; one (1) Tube feeder and one (1) Pair of insulated cowhide work gloves (Total ARV of prize kit $188 each winner). Total ARV of all prizes is $18,799. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Odds of winning a daily prize depend on total number of eligible entries received each Day during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) prize per person in the Sweepstakes. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
6. GENERAL: If prize notification or prize is returned as nondeliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of any prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless Promotion Entities and their affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or respect to participation in any prize-related activity. Promotion Entities will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Sweepstakes.
7. LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES: Any attempted form of entry into the Sweepstakes, other than the entry method stated herein, is prohibited. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, software or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless device connections, website, internet or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict a participant’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, or other matter relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Website in the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award any remaining prize(s) via random drawing from among all eligible nonsuspect entries received up to the action taken by the Sponsor, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
8. GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting a photo, Entrants grant Zoetis US LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, and designees, to the extent permitted under applicable law, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the photo or portions of the photo (as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor at its discretion), and Entrant’s name likeness as incorporated in the photo or relevant portion(s) thereof, for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes, via any and all media whether now or later known or developed, including without limitation posting on Zoetis-affiliated websites, social media sites and/or other Zoetis-selected media. Each Entrant acknowledges that he/she will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for his/her photo or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules. Each Entrant further acknowledges that the Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, in addition to any other grants which may be granted in any other agreement entered into between Sponsor and any Entrant in or winner(s) of the Sweepstakes, each Entrant irrevocably grants the Promotion Entities and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such entrant’s name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes and hereby releases the Promotion Entities from any liability with respect thereto, where permitted by law.

11. WINNERS LIST: For names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 7/10/22 to: Zoetis 2022 Calving Season Sweepstakes, Attn: Winners List, P.O. Box 510138, Milwaukee, WI 53203. Winners list to be available after 6/10/22.

National FFA Organization Donation Program – NCBA 2022

For each Entry submitted during the National Cattleman’s Beef Association (“NCBA”) trade show in Houston, Texas from 2/1/22 at 4:30 PM (CT) to 2/3/22 at 4:00 PM (CT) (the “Trade Show”), Zoetis will donate $1.00 the National FFA Organization, up to a maximum donation of $5,000.00. Entrants may submit one or more Entries during the Trade Show, but each Entry must be uniquely different from his/her previous Entry to qualify for a separate $1.00 donation. The Official Rules for the 2022 Calving Season Sweepstakes will apply to all Entries submitted during the Trade Show, found at  www.calvingseason.com. Each Entry must comply with the Entry Requirements in the Official Rules to be eligible for donation.
